What do these Three have in common?

I broke them all within the month of January.
The Wheat Grinder still operates, but after I placed all of my 160 plus pounds on the lid it not only grinds flour but shoots flour all over my kitchen.
The Bosch is a family relic (akin to the buick). It was once used by Brent's Grandma Riggs who passed on several years ago. Brent has already had it for 20 years. I melted the bottom of the bowl like a marshmellow on a hot stove last week. Whoops! Won't hook up anymore. Good thing my birthday is coming up.
The Blender is only a few months old. I neglected to screw on the base securely last time and was crossing my fingers that it was still okay. When I tried to make a smoothie this morning it didn't sound too good and did absolutely no smoothing. Brent heard it from the other room and yelled "STOP". Then, he wanted to know if I had any idea why it wasn't running. . .
With shame I admitted that I had messed up the last time I used it. Amazingly he was able to have it fixed after tooling around with it for a half hour.
But what is Even More Amazing? How the man continues to put up with all of my blunders. I don't go to the salon monthly, shop at Pier One, or demand luxury vehicles, but I can be a very expensive woman to have around.
From my childhood I have been constant source of frusteration to my providers as I have done things like causing multiple car accidents, cutting sattelite control cables while pruning, chopping up garden hoses with lawn mowers , and basically anything else that can happen in one careless, lazy moment. My brother still continues to harrass me about the time I wripped a door off a pickup, dinged up our cordoba, and took out our tree all in about 10 seconds. My Dad always took it so well, and now so does the new man in my life. ?? ? I can't remember ever of them even yelling or calling me what I am -Careless OR Stupid? ?. They just get out the superglue, go to the tool box , or log onto the internet for a new one - and Presto my problem is fixed.
If I had a child that was even closeto this destructive I would be screaming at them all the time. I don't know how I ever make up for all the disasters I cause. It is honestly a wonder to me that anyone man would ever want me around. It makes me feel so loved.

I am having all of these memories flood back from high school - and maybe even after of car accidents. Did you test drive someone's car once and got in a wreck in it? =) Hilarious!

Very funny! Dr. Laura says that men need to feel like the night in shining armour and like your superman. I think they love you because you are you (and maybe because you give them a way to show off their manly SKILLS!)
:P

Ahh, that's so sweet!! My man gets a little frustrated w/me at times....when I carelessly back into things, etc....but is pretty patient w/me as well. You're so funny, you have more stories than anyone I know. I remember some of them from Ricks (I refuse to call it BYU Idaho, it will always be Ricks to me), but sounds like you've had a few since as well.
