I imagine that as a 4 year old it must be pretty darn exciting to have the carnival come to town and move into your neighborhood for the weekend. Three times now we have watched them set up and take down the fun without riding ANY RIDES! This time it was just more than Caroline could bare. After the kickball game in the park, we gave in and the older girls agreed they were okay with us just spending $6 bucks and letting the little kids go on one ride each. Caroline and Camille chose a little roller coaster. And she WAS so excited . . . .at least while Camille was buckling her up.
"I don't like it! I don't like it!" The screaming tirade began immediately. She kept looking at the carnie running things right in the eyes and yelling this every turn around. After about 5 circles, he stopped and she jumped out even faster than she had jumped in.
The guy was nice enough to let Savannah take her place and finish the ride with everyone else. Caroline wouldn 't even look and was plenty happy to go home after that.

Kashann, you are so creative. love the poem. do these things just come to you?? wow. just got all caught up, didn't think it'd been that long since I'd checked, but you guys've been busy. Way to go Casper girls on cleaning out all the awards!! And good idea on the piano lessons.....
