Look at that smile! No one would ever guess that she is skating with two right feet. Her silly mother decided we had too many skates when we left Buffalo and gave some back to the Salvation Army store that they came from. No reason to have a size 1 and 2 for Caroline.
I tried her "pair" on her about five times Saturday night at the rink (Free Skate Night!) before in frustration I flipped them over figuring the bottom must identify the side since it was impossible to tell the difference between these skates. One bottom said "1" and and the other side said "2". How much worse could I screw up her skates then to give her two rights of different sizes?
But I laced up those two right feet and off she went and skated just like she had a perfect pair. She had to be dragged off the ice an hour and a half later.
Meanwhile I skated around with a right 9 and left 9 and complained and complained. I always forget how painful skating is for amateurs. Unless you are six apparently.

I'm telling you Krashann, the only thing worse than leaving the wrong skates in Buffalo is admitting it. Poor Caroline is going to be so screwed up with your "training skates", by the time she puts on a pair of "correct" skates, she won't be able to stand up on them.
You really need to take your show on the road!
I'm calling PETA right now and turning you in.
maybe you can find a size 2 left ft skate at "the dump"
