First Day of Winter

Yesterday on the first day of winter we woke up to our first snowfall. The timing was impeccible. The duration was not so impressive. Marcus and I went out to shovel off our big wide driveway and spent a good half hour doing a bang up job.  I figured this was the beginning of our White Christmas and we didn't want the snow freezing up and left there all winter.

Two hours later it was above 40 and there wasn't Any snow Anywhere. But it least it got me outside in the snow. . . with my son.

We splurged this season and got an early Christmas present. Our very first scanner/fax/copier/printer. We have lived several months now without even a printer and Brent was tired of me phoning him at the office to fax and print for me. I haven't taken the time to figure out how to operate it yet, but Kennon has been busy bringing all of our old dusty picture albums to life. I found this one on the desktop.

The New PJ shot of Caroline's first Christmas in the single wide.  We were an exclusive pink back in those days.

And our first Christmas in Buffalo. New PJ Shot 2006.
I'm glad we left that tree behind.
