Many of our neighbors happened to be hanging out on their porches yesterday evening when Brent brought this beast home. They watched with dubious expressions most likely muttering under their breath, "This family is insane!" as Brent sweated trying to maneuver a 25 foot boat onto our tiny driveway. I just had to break out the camera for this event. It really looked like the Niagara flooded over and carried a boat right up against our porch. He kept telling them all he had to bring it home so his wife could start buffing and painting it.

I was so glad you guys brought those tables over for Ella's party. I did have table cloths for them, but totally spaced it. I obviously wasn't too worried about them being an "eyesore". Besides, my neighbor brought over every single chair he had in his garage, some of which were absolutely hideous and covered with crusty old paint splotches. So if I was considering anything out of place, it was definitely those. I didn't even think twice about the tables. It was a big help. Thanks again!

I wish there was wi-fi on the body of water you will be sailing on, so we could have updates. I went on a sailboat last year for the first time in my life and it was OPPOSITE of what I expected. You are at a 90 degree angle the whole time and holding on for dear life.

I LOVE that the Buick is pulling it. That, in itself, makes for a great picture.
