Now I know what it means to be a soccer Mom. I have two girls in soccer right now and that means 5 practices/games a week. Add in two piano lessons, one field hockey match, a X-Country Meet and all the hockey and running practices after school, and a Young Women's church activity on Wednesday and I am living in the car every day after school. It's actually not as bad as it sounds. The kids are having fun, working hard, and I am making friends with all the other Mom's. I like this stage in my life. I can't wait to add a baby to the mix. Actually I would say, "I can't imagine" how I will add a baby. Somehow we need way less on the calendar come December 1 (baby due date). We are still trying to decide if we should give in and start basketball as soon as soccer ends. Because you can do anything for a couple months but I don't think this kind of schedule should be on going. New baby regardless. I have to say HURRY way too often to my children.
But for now Caroline is enjoying her first sport. She never stops running out there and seems to understand the rules and which way she should kick the ball. We are all amazed.
