Our Turkey Feast

I didn't need a holiday to remind me to be grateful this fall. Not a day goes by this last month that Brent and I don't thank the Lord for 5 healthy children. The lady at the head of the table is Donna. Brent and I home teach her. I called to check on her Thursday morning and found out she was home alone planning to have a turkey sub for her feast. Turns out it was a tuna sub by mistake. I insisted she save the tuna for Friday and have a real feast with us. This was before the dinner as you can see and NO Brent is not as fat as he may appear. He was doing the slouch to get Marcus and I in the picture.
Donna was a real sport about canceling her dinner plans. She was also an amazingly good sport about joining in on the drumstick tradition. Especially considering she was last in line to get a bite.

I swear that turkey leg didn't look nearly as disgusting in real life as it looks in this picture. But maybe that's just cause I got the first bite.
