After Brent snorkeled for a half hour and got his sunburn, we read our novels we had picked up in the ship library. We almost made it through two novels each. We had to give them up the last day without finishing the last ones. Brent only had a couple chapters left. It was sad.
Does anyone have "The Host" for me?
Good entertainment most nights and not near as skimpy or crude as a Carnival cruise. Comedians weren't allowed to swear like they did on Carnival.
The Food was excellent and in my opinion better than the Carnival Cruise I took before. But it's Freestyle Dining now on NCL. That means you can eat whenever and wherever you want. Four of the restaurant choices are free. The other 8 restaurants they MAKE YOU PAY FOR???? They have a $10-25 charge per person and unfortunately every single one of the shrimps Brent and I were salivating about on the drive down ended up in those other restaurants that we refused to pay for. I am still trying to get over that one. A cruise just isn't a cruise for me if I don't eat at least one plate of shrimp a day.

Kashann... love your blog! I have The Host for you. I can send it to church with my husband this Sunday if someone else doesn't get you one sooner. I'm interested to hear what you think of it. So glad you had a fun Spring Break! Bummer about the shrimp.
Sounds like an awesome trip! Glad you got to get away for a week. Thanks for the info on NCL - good to know. Preston LOVES cruises, and the food is one of the most important things!
Great pics! Looks like you had a blast! Good for you for pulling it off! You guys deserve it!
