For Caroline it was hard to choose what to do first at the mall last week for the Breakfast at Santa event I signed us up for. Free breakfast, meet Santa, free ice cream cone, or a free carousel ride? I get sick on carousels and usually refuse to go with her, plus I am cheap and usually don't want to pay. So she is savoring this merry moment.

I went along and held Marcus. It wasn't so bad afterall.

What a surprise! The little man LOVES Santa!

And Caroline has loved everyone especially strangers her whole life. . . everyone except Santa. The previous two years she convinces me to take her to see him but always chickens out and won't go near him. It's normal for most kids to be afraid of Santa at this age but surprising for Caroline because she isn't most kids. But last week she was won over by the best Santa ever. He was so good we think he may be the real one. She would not leave Santa alone. She probably gave him 15 hugs. A handful on her turn and the rest of them whenever I turned my back on her. Some kid would be getting their picture taken and in rushes Caroline from behind giving him one more squeeze. So we didn't stay long.

Camille was busy in first grade and missed Santa. I took this picture yesterday just before sacrament meeting. Sunday mornings are too busy to get everyone pretty so we take turns. Camille's day was yesterday.

Your kids are so cute and I can't believe how long it's been since I've seen them.
I alos CANNOT believe you let your girls put the head pieces on with all the lice going around the Buff.
Kashann I like your new hair cut.
They were on loan from a lady in the Amherst ward (no lice there) and no one had wore them since last year.
Kashann Marcus is so cute! How old is he now?
